Every HR product we trialled wanted us to change our process to match its assumptions. This one bent to ours. That flexibility cost us months of implementation and it was the right trade for an organization our size.

It bends to our process instead of the reverse
Because it is built on Salesforce, our existing admins were configuring workflows in week one. No new platform to learn, no new vendor relationship, and our security model came across as is.

We have people in the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland with four different leave regimes and four sets of rules. This is the first system that holds all of it without a spreadsheet on the side. That was the entire reason we bought and it delivered.

No US payroll. We run ADP alongside it and the integration is fine. Just understand you are buying an HR system and paying someone else for payroll, which for some organizations makes the total look very different.

We were a hundred and forty people when we bought and it was far too much system. We used maybe a quarter of it and paid for all of it. It is built for organizations several times our size and we should have heard that more clearly.
