Verdict
Our verdict
Name the person who will own your CRM. If you cannot, buy HubSpot: reps adopt it without being told to, and the free tier means you can be wrong cheaply. If you can name an administrator and your sales process has genuine complexity, Salesforce will model it and HubSpot will eventually hit a wall. The most expensive outcome in this category is a small team buying Salesforce because a consultant said so, and we have the reviews to prove it.
