Verdict
Our verdict
monday wins adoption and Asana wins structure. If your team has rejected project tools before, monday is the one they accept, provided somebody owns conventions before you end up with forty boards. If you are past 40 people and need work to connect to quarterly goals, Asana's portfolios do something monday cannot really match. Check monday's three seat blocks before you price it: a four person team pays for six.
