Verdict

Our verdict

Both are real ERPs and the difference is who carries the risk. NetSuite costs more, is more proven, and consolidates multi entity finance better than anything else at this level. Odoo costs a fraction in licensing and puts the outcome in the hands of your implementation partner, who matters more than the software here. Choose NetSuite if the consolidation is the requirement. Choose Odoo if breadth per dollar is, and interview partners harder than you interview vendors.
