Verdict
Our verdict
Sage 100 has two decades of manufacturing depth behind it and a licensing model that charges per user, which punishes a company that wants every supervisor and shift lead logged in. Acumatica charges nothing per seat and everything on the resources you consume, so a business with many light users and modest transaction volume comes out ahead, while one with few users and huge transaction volume can find the model works against it. Both outcomes depend heavily on the implementation partner you pick, which is true of this entire tier of software and worth saying plainly. Model your own user count against your transaction volume before assuming either pricing model is the cheaper one for your business specifically.
