Verdict
Our verdict
There is exactly one reason to choose Sage CRM over HubSpot, and it is a real one: live inventory and credit status from Sage ERP inside the customer record, so a rep never promises stock that is already gone. If you do not run Sage ERP, that reason disappears and HubSpot wins on every other axis, starting with a free tier that is not a crippled trial and an interface reps adopt without being told to. Distributors and manufacturers already on Sage 100 or Sage 300 are the entire market for Sage CRM. Everyone else should start with HubSpot and see how far the free tier actually takes them.
