Verdict
Our verdict
These are opposites and the choice is honest. Trello does one thing, does it perfectly, and stops. ClickUp does everything, does most of it well, and asks for a week of your team's patience up front. If you are tracking a defined flow, Trello is the right amount of tool and ClickUp is overhead. If you are replacing three subscriptions and someone will own setup, ClickUp's value is not close.
