First responses took two to three days and the first reply was usually a request for information I had already provided. When we did get a real engineer they were good, but getting there took a week on an issue that was blocking us.
Pros
There is a real free tier for up to three users.
Cons
Settings are deep and not always where you would expect them.

Zoho One is absurd value
We ran the comparison honestly: Zoho does about 85 percent of what Salesforce did for us at roughly a fifth of the per seat cost. For a 15 person sales team that is over 30,000 dollars a year. The 15 percent we gave up has not cost us a deal.
Pros
Zoho One bundles 40 plus applications per employee at a remarkable price.
Cons
Some integrations are shallower than the marketing suggests. Verify yours.

Cheap for a reason, and the reason is your time
The interface is dense and terminology changes between modules. Nothing is broken, it just feels like several teams built it without talking. You stop noticing after a month.

The integration we depended on turned out to sync a fraction of the fields the marketing page implied. We found out after migrating. Verify the specific integration you need with a trial account before you commit anything.

We are sorry about the response time on your ticket. That is not the standard we aim for. Please reply to your ticket asking for escalation and it will be routed to a senior engineer.
