I called on a Tuesday afternoon with a reconciliation question and a person picked up in about ninety seconds, in Ohio, who knew the product. No ticket, no queue, no bot. After years of enterprise support queues I had genuinely forgotten this was possible.

My bookkeeper learned it in an afternoon
The reports are plain and they are all included. Profit and loss, balance sheet, aging, trial balance, and my accountant takes the export without complaint. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.

Twenty dollars a month, unlimited invoices, unlimited customers, unlimited vendors. No per user surcharge, no client count tier, no upsell when I want to run a report. I run a nine person landscaping company and this is the first accounting product that felt like it was priced for me.

It does not try to become a platform
We use their payroll too, which is the real reason we are here. One vendor, one login, one support number for both. When a payroll entry needed correcting against the books, the same person fixed both sides on one call.

Payroll available from the same vendor and support team

Exactly the software a small shop needs
It does the standard things correctly and stops. No dashboard I did not ask for, no AI assistant, no marketing module. I wanted accounting software and I got accounting software.

US only, which we found out late
We took on a Canadian client and discovered there is no multi currency and no Canadian support of any kind. For a US only business that is a non issue and it ended our ability to grow the way we wanted.
