Construction edition does AIA billing properly
No per user licence means the warehouse supervisor, both shift leads and every project manager have their own login. Under our old ERP we had shared accounts because seats were four figures each, which was terrible for the audit trail and we did it anyway. That problem simply does not exist here.
Pros
Customizations that survive major version upgrades
Cons
Implementation is a five figure project on top of licensing

Landed cost including freight and duty lands on the item, so our margins are actually our margins. We were allocating freight annually in a spreadsheet and were wrong all year, every year.
Pros
Landed cost and multi warehouse inventory done properly
Cons
Smaller install base makes experienced staff harder to hire

Landed cost finally reflects reality
Our field service techs work in areas with no signal. The mobile app holds work offline and syncs when they are back, which was a hard requirement that eliminated two other vendors.
Pros
Mobile access that works offline for field staff

The warehouse floor uses it directly
There is a genuine REST API and our developer integrated our customer portal in about a week. Our previous ERP offered a nightly file drop and called it integration.

Genuine industry editions for construction and distribution
