We get paid noticeably faster

Clients comment on the invoices, which has never happened with any other tool I have used. They look professional and paying is one tap. Small thing, real effect.

Pros

Automatic late payment reminders measurably shorten the time to payment.

Cons

Reporting is thin compared with a full accounting platform.

Support is the surprise. A person answers the phone and knows the product. After years of support queues elsewhere I had forgotten that was possible.

Pros

Time tracking flows directly into an invoice with no export step.

Cons

Multi currency is limited and awkward if you bill outside North America.

Late payment reminders paid for the subscription

Automatic late payment reminders cut our average days to payment from about 40 to 22. I did nothing except turn the feature on. For a small consultancy where cash flow is the whole game, that is the entire value of the product in one sentence.

Pros

Phone support is answered by someone who knows the product.

Multi currency is limited and awkward if you bill outside North America.

No inventory means no fit for us

Went one client over the plan limit and the bill jumped by nearly half. No warning, no prorating conversation, just a higher invoice. Priced by client count is a fine model but it should be louder on the pricing page.

Pros

Time tracking flows directly into an invoice with no export step.

Cons

Sales tax handling is basic and will not solve economic nexus for you.

No inventory means no fit for us

We started carrying stock and discovered there is no inventory at all. Not thin, absent. That is on me for not checking, but it meant migrating a year of history to something else, which cost us a weekend and a lot of goodwill.

Pros

Invoicing is the best in this category and clients notice the difference.

Reporting is thin compared with a full accounting platform.

We appreciate the honest feedback and we are sorry the plan change caught you by surprise. We have passed the point about billable client limits to our pricing team. Please contact support if you would like us to review your account.
