Blueprint made our process stick
We ran the comparison honestly: Zoho does about 85 percent of what Salesforce did for us at roughly a fifth of the per seat cost. For a 15 person sales team that is over 30,000 dollars a year. The 15 percent we gave up has not cost us a deal.
Pros
Blueprint enforces your sales process so stages cannot be skipped.
Cons
Documentation is extensive but often out of date.

A fifth of the price for most of the capability
Blueprint is the feature nobody talks about. It enforces the process, so a rep cannot skip a stage. Our pipeline hygiene fixed itself in about six weeks with no nagging from me.

Custom modules and full API access on a plan that costs less than a competitor's entry tier. Our developer had our internal system talking to it in two days.

Capable once you have configured it
You are trading money for hours. It will do what you want, but you will find the setting yourself, and the settings are deep and inconsistently named. I spent a week on setup that would have taken a day elsewhere. For the price difference I would make that trade again.
Pros
Blueprint enforces your sales process so stages cannot be skipped.
Cons
The interface is dense and terminology is inconsistent between modules.

Zoho One is absurd value
We moved to Zoho One and now every employee has 40 plus apps for less than we were paying for CRM alone. Not everything is best in class, but everything is good enough and it all connects.
Pros
There is a real free tier for up to three users.
Cons
You will spend real time configuring what other tools do by default.

The integration was shallower than advertised
First responses took two to three days and the first reply was usually a request for information I had already provided. When we did get a real engineer they were good, but getting there took a week on an issue that was blocking us.
Pros
Custom modules and full API access appear on affordable tiers.

Documentation is extensive but often out of date.

We are sorry about the response time on your ticket. That is not the standard we aim for. Please reply to your ticket asking for escalation and it will be routed to a senior engineer.
