Flexible enough to make a mess
Plans sell in blocks of three seats. We are a four person team so we pay for six. That is a 50 percent premium for existing at the wrong headcount and it is not obvious on the pricing page.

Cross board reporting is not what they imply
Time tracking, dependencies and private boards are all on Pro. The plan we thought we needed turned out to be two tiers below the plan we actually needed, and the difference was more than double.
Pros

The seat minimums are the real price
Give it to a team with no conventions and in six months you have forty boards, duplicated data and no idea which one is current. That is not a bug, it is what flexibility costs. Someone has to own it.
