Our operations director does not open project software. She opens the monday dashboard every morning because the status is obvious at a glance. That alone justified the seats.
Pros
Executives will actually read a monday dashboard, which is rare.
Cons
It gets expensive quickly once you need the higher plans.

We built exactly what we needed in an afternoon
We run production scheduling, hiring and a client pipeline on it. Three tools replaced with one, and each board took under an hour to build.
Pros
Automation rules read like plain sentences and non technical staff write them.
Cons
Time tracking and dependencies are on the Pro tier.

The seat minimums are the real price
Give it to a team with no conventions and in six months you have forty boards, duplicated data and no idea which one is current. That is not a bug, it is what flexibility costs. Someone has to own it.

The first tool our whole team adopted
Automation rules read like sentences. Our office manager wired up the notification and handoff rules herself with no help from me, which has never happened with any other tool.
Pros
Boards are visual and obvious. Adoption is the easiest of any tool here.
Cons
Cross board reporting is weaker than the marketing implies.

Everything useful is one tier up
The marketing implies you can report across your whole workspace. In practice cross board reporting is limited and awkward, and the dashboard widget limits by tier are restrictive. We ended up exporting to a spreadsheet, which is what we were trying to escape.
