Our largest sheet is about eighteen thousand rows with cross sheet formulas and it is slow. Loading takes a noticeable moment and filtering is worse. We split it, which broke some reporting. For a product that invites you to build big, it does not stay fast when you do.

Moving to Enterprise for single sign on and governance more than doubled our cost, and single sign on is not a luxury feature for a company our size. Being told a basic security control sits behind a quoted tier was a frustrating conversation.

Somebody has to own the conventions
Resource Management, Dynamic View and Data Shuttle are separately priced and several of them are things I assumed were included. Our real annual cost is meaningfully above the per member number. Ask exactly what is in your plan.

The mobile experience is poor
The mobile app is close to unusable for anything except approving something simple. Our site supervisors wanted to update progress from their phones and gave up. In construction that is exactly where the data should be entered.

It looks like a serious tool rather than a designed one. Next to monday.com it is plain. Our people care about whether it holds up under a real programme, and it does, so nobody has complained.

Forms feed the sheet and route themselves
Intake used to be email. Now it is a form with conditional logic that lands in the right sheet, notifies the right owner and starts the approval. That removed a coordination job that a person used to do badly.

Flexibility becomes fifty column sheets
The automation is capable and the builder is fiddly. Complex conditional logic takes longer to express than it should and testing it is awkward. Once built it runs reliably.
