We run production scheduling, hiring and a client pipeline on it. Three tools replaced with one, and each board took under an hour to build.
Pros
Boards are visual and obvious. Adoption is the easiest of any tool here.
Cons
It gets expensive quickly once you need the higher plans.

Everything useful is one tier up
The marketing implies you can report across your whole workspace. In practice cross board reporting is limited and awkward, and the dashboard widget limits by tier are restrictive. We ended up exporting to a spreadsheet, which is what we were trying to escape.

You can build a working board in minutes with no training.
Cons
Cross board reporting is weaker than the marketing implies.

Automations a non technical lead can write
Our operations director does not open project software. She opens the monday dashboard every morning because the status is obvious at a glance. That alone justified the seats.
